Payment service deposit of the day’s take from business customers

The service relates to deposits to a bank account in a Swedish bank or Plusgiro/Bankgirot

 

ClearOn is responsible for personal data for this service.

 

Personal data processed
Swedish personal identification number or birth date, name, address, identity document information and e-mail and/or telephone number regarding the company’s owner/contact person(s).

Grounds for processing
1. In order to meet ClearOn’s contractual obligation with the consumer regarding the requested service.
2. After completion of processing a transaction, personal data must be retained for 5 years by ClearOn according to Act (2017:630) regarding measures against money laundering and terrorism financing.

Information obtained from another party
Company information about the company’s chief executive(s) is collected from    the Swedish Companies Administration Body

Data transferred to another party   
Deposit transaction (sender, amount, recipient account, etc.) is transferred Swedish banking system or to Plusgiro and to Bankgiro.
Personal data may be transferred to another party in Sweden if necessary to comply with statutory requirements, such as money laundering checks or checks against international sanctions and PEP lists.

Consent of the customer
The company’s representative needs to be aware that personal data regarding the contact person is processed and saved according to the agreement with ClearOn.

Clearing of personal data
Upon termination of the agreement with ClearOn, personal data is deleted after statutory storage times for the transactions have been reached.
