Travel currency over-the-counter <\/strong>in stores<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The service relates to the ordering of a travel currency in one of ClearOn\u2019s payment service agents. The travel currency is delivered to the customer’s usual post office agent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ClearOn is responsible for personal data<\/u> for this service.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Personal data processed<\/u>
\nSwedish personal identification number, name, address, identity document information, and possibly e-mail and\/or phone number.<\/p>\n

Grounds for processing<\/u>
\n1. In order to meet ClearOn’s contractual obligation with the consumer regarding the requested service.
\n2. Upon completion of processing of the transaction, personal data must be stored for 5 years at ClearOn according to Act (2017: 630) regarding measures against money laundering and terrorism financing.<\/p>\n

Information obtained f<\/u>rom other party<\/u>
\nAddress details for customers with Swedish personal identification numbers are retrieved from the public records register.<\/p>\n

Data transferred to another party<\/u>
\nCustomer’s name, address, ordered amount and currency are transferred to Bank of Ireland, FirstCurrency Services (in Sweden) to perform the currency delivery.
\nPersonal data may also be transferred to another party in Sweden if necessary to comply with statutory requirements, such as money laundering checks or checks against international sanctions and PEP lists.<\/p>\n

Consent of the customer<\/u>
\nThe customer must be aware that personal data is processed and saved as above, otherwise the task cannot be received. Information about personal data processing can be found in the customer terms and in the price list with the agent.<\/p>\n

Clearing of personal data<\/u>
