The service relates to the redemption of received Deposit slips (V\u00e4rdeavi) from one of ClearOn’s payment service agents or in another store connected to the ClearOn system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Responsible for personal data<\/u> – Nordea, Swedbank and Bankgiro on whose behalf ClearOn produces deposit slips which are posted to payees. Questions about personal data processing should be addressed to the party responsible for personal data.<\/p>\n

ClearOn is the personal data<\/u> officer for this service.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Personal data processed<\/u>
\nSwedish personal identification number, name, address, identity document information and possibly e-mail and\/or telephone number<\/p>\n

Grounds for processing<\/u>
\n1. In order to meet ClearOn’s contractual obligation with the consumer regarding the requested service.
\n2. Upon completion of processing of the transaction, personal data must be stored for 5 years at ClearOn according to Act (2017: 630) regarding measures against money laundering and terrorism financing.<\/p>\n

Information obtained from other party<\/u>
\nAddress details for customers with Swedish personal identification numbers are retrieved from the public records register.<\/p>\n

Data transferred<\/u>
\nPersonal data may be transferred to other parties in Sweden if necessary to comply with statutory requirements, such as money laundering checks or checks against international sanctions and PEP lists.<\/p>\n

Consent of the customer<\/u>
\nThe customer must be aware that personal data is processed and saved as above, otherwise the task cannot be received. Information about personal data processing can be found in the customer terms and in the price list with the agent.<\/p>\n

Clearing of personal data<\/u>
\nWhen the statutory time of storing the transaction is reached, data stored is deleted automatically. Before that time is reached, “the right to be forgotten” does not apply.<\/p>\n

Archiving<\/u>
\nOn behalf of the responsible party for personal data, ClearOn saves images of redeemed deposit slips for 10 years according to the Act of Limitation.
