ClearOn handles personal data in the form of owners of stores and contact persons for stores, partners, clients, suppliers, corporate customers and more. This data is used in several of ClearOn’s internal systems and databases, where the main purpose is to maintain relevant contact with the company with which the collaboration takes place.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data processed<\/u>
\nName, address, role, company represented and phone number and\/or e-mail.<\/p>\n

Grounds for processing<\/u>
\n1. Agreement or equivalent with the company represented
\n2. In order for both parties to be able to perform their commitments towards each other
\n3.ClearOn balances the interests to promote information exchange including marketing<\/p>\n

Data retained from another party<\/u>
\nData about the company and its representative(s) may be retrieved from the Swedish Companies Registration Office and from public\/open sources.<\/p>\n

Data transferred to another party\u00a0<\/u>
\nNone. The data is only used internally within ClearOn.<\/p>\n

Consent of the customer<\/u>
\nConsent applies in order to subscribe to marketing materials sent out etc. A registered customer\/contact person is able to unsubscribe at any time from future deliveries.<\/p>\n

Clearing of personal data<\/u>
\nPersonal data is stored as long as the business relationship with ClearOn exists and as long as the business partner has not informed that the contact details are not relevant.
