Travel currency order via the internet

Travel currency order via www.unimon.se (or other sister site). The travel currency is delivered to the customer’s usual post office agent.

 

ClearOn is responsible for personal data for this service.

 

Personal data processed
Swedish personal identification number, name, e-mail, postal address,  telephone number.

Grounds for processing
1. In order to meet ClearOn’s contractual obligation with the consumer regarding the requested service.
2. Upon completion of processing of the transaction, personal data must be stored for 5 years at ClearOn according to Act (2017: 630) regarding measures against money laundering and terrorism financing.

Data obtained from another party
Customer address information retrieved from the public records register.

Data transferred to another party  
Customer’s name, address, order amount and currency are transferred to Bank of Ireland, FirstCurrency Services (in Sweden) in order to perform the currency delivery. The data at the bank is deleted after delivery.
Personal data may also be transferred to another party in Sweden if necessary to comply with statutory requirements, such as money laundering checks or checks against international sanctions and PEP lists.

Consent of the customer
Customer needs to answer two consensual questions:
– that personal data is registered and stored as described. Without this
conset, the currency order cannot be performed.
– to take advantage of future offers from ClearOn. The consent can renewed upon a new order or after contacting ClearOn.

Clearing of personal data
When the statutory time of storing the transaction is reached, data stored is deleted automatically. Before that time is reached, “the right to be forgotten” does not apply.
