Felix modernised its customer club and made it fully digital. With unique codes, points and digital coupons, Klubb Felix became both easier for members and more valuable for the brand.
"It should be simple and smooth," says Amanda Falkner, Digital Portfolio Manager at Orkla Foods. The starting point for the new Klubb Felix was to lower the threshold for members – from registering codes to redeeming coupons.

Members register unique codes from product packaging on the customer club's website to collect points. At 100 points, they receive a digital coupon for a free ready meal. On top of that, generous discount coupons for other Felix products are offered, which are activated at certain points levels.
All coupons are fully digital, with unique QR codes and coupon codes. Members activate them with one click on their personal page and then redeem them directly at the store checkout.

"Our customer club has never worked as well as it does now," says Amanda Falkner, praising the collaboration between Clearon, Orkla Foods, Stem agency and 24HR.
As well as a better member experience, the club gives Felix valuable consumer insights that are otherwise hard to come by, making it possible to influence the customer experience both before and after purchase.
From code registration to coupon activation, every step was built to be as smooth as possible for the member.
By making coupons fully digital, with QR codes and one-click activation, it became easy for members to actually use their benefits.
The customer club gives Felix valuable knowledge about its consumers, making it possible to improve the experience both before and after purchase.
