NJIE wanted to stand out in a feed full of advertising and offers. Together with Flarie, a digital wheel of fortune was created where winners received a coupon to redeem in store – and the result was more than 13,000 participants and strong engagement around ProPud.
The insight behind the campaign was simple: consumers are exposed to too much advertising to want to receive yet another message. By letting consumers act themselves – spin a wheel, win a prize – a dialogue was created instead of a monologue.
Together with Flarie, which helps brands build game-based campaigns, NJIE developed a concept where taking part was itself what made the campaign memorable.

The campaign was spread via social media and let participants spin a digital wheel of fortune with the chance to win a ProPud product every day.
Winners received a digital coupon via Clearon to collect their prize in store. To redeem the coupon, they had to find the product on the shelf themselves, which meant their first encounter with the product took place exactly where the next purchase would also happen.
The flow was made possible by the integration between Flarie and Clearon. When someone won, the information was passed on automatically, and Clearon ensured that the right digital coupon was delivered – a scalable way to link digital engagement to in-store redemption across the country.

The collaboration between NJIE and Flarie continues, with more game concepts in the pipeline.
By letting consumers act themselves – spinning the wheel, winning a prize – active engagement was created that traditional advertising rarely achieves.
The coupon required winners to find the product in store themselves, linking the digital encounter to a concrete purchase decision.
The automatic link between Flarie and Clearon made it possible to deliver the right coupon immediately upon winning – without manual work, and across the country.
